Day 104
Now, I know you're thinking this is a photograph, but believe it or not it's actually my photoshopped image for my presentation! No, I couldn't believe it either! Haha, well, I've only been fooling around on photoshop for a few months so I think this isn't a bad effort! Incase you're wondering, my design is based around the idea of a tunnel, and this was to investigate how different coloured bricks would look on the site...

Boring.

Day 103
This was the soul destroying sight that greeted my eyes when I opened my purse this morning. This is the mark of a beautiful night out, clearly. Still, I managed to pull together the cash to get a pizza hut and a ticket to see "Submarine" at the cinema to combat the raging hangover I was left with. I didn't make it into uni today, and when I woke up I could feel my pulse throughout my entire body. Ew.

102/365

Day 102
Decided to go on an impromptu night out tonight, just because our project isn't due that soon and we're irresponsible students. This is the only picture of me from the night, and the fact I'm drinking wine straight from the bottle may or may not explain why I can't remember much of what occurred that night. I walked home with no shoes on though, which clearly seemed like a good idea at the time...

101/365

Day 101
Back to the studio today, for the final developments on project 2.5. I won't lie, the time spent within the studio was a bit wasted, so when I got back to the flat I took a little walk and sat on a wall with my sketchbook, and figured out some of the problems. It's nice to get outside again, instead of being cooped up inside trying to design. I think the fresh air fuels the artistic side of my brain. Aside from this, I experienced ridiculous mood swings today. I feel sorry for my friends.

100/365

Day 100
Well, day 100 proved to be a complete anti-climax. Drove back to Aberdeen with Mum, ready to start the final push to the end of the semester. Blazing sunshine, y'know, the sort of day where all you want to do is sit in a car. Not. Ah well, went on a run when I got in, and then saw this beautiful e-mail from our building technology lecturer. No getting up at 6:45 for me tomorrow, yeah boi!

99/365

Day 99
And because I was out past midnight (I know, crazy!) here's another picture from my first night out in Edinburgh. You can tell I'm pretty drunk by the tourist pose I've adopted. May I also say how I love the shocked faces in this photo, I don't even think it was planned...

98/365

Day 98
This is Abby. She took me out in Edinburgh tonight. She is an absolute babe. You need her in your life.

97/365

Day 97
Who's this? Robin Hood? No, only me! Got my green tights on today for a casual session of archery, it's been a good year or so since I picked up a bow and arrow, but may I just say I've still got it! Within 15 minutes I'd been moved to the 20m target, were I made a prize fool of myself. Classic. We also went to the sports bar for dinner, where we basically spent our time laughing at people falling over at the rollerskating classes next door. It was like You've Been Framed, but for a whole hour!

96/365

Day 96
WATSON FAMILY HOLIDAY! Here's the entire crew on the way to some form of physical activity or recreational activity. It's strange going on another family holiday after spending so much time away from home, I won't complain though. Free food, washing, occasionally alcohol if my Dad is feeling generous. Such a good day, just played badminton, cycled, swam and generally chilled. Loving it.

95/365

Day 95
A game of badminton at half 9 this morning, and I basically won all my matches! Safe to say the family were a little bit taken aback with the extent to which I had improved since going to uni. I also went on a run, went swimming and did spectacularly bad at bowling, so it's perfectly acceptable that I'm very very very tired tonight. I actually love it here though, it makes me act like a 6 year old on fizzy juice.

94/365

Day 94
Center Parcs today! Must be like the 8th time I've gone or something like that. We got a really nice lodge, right on the edge of the village with a view through the trees out on to the Meadows. So much planned for the week, it's going to be crazy busy. Nice to be chilling with the family again though, I won't complain

93/365

Day 93
Packed for going home, got sooooooo much to take with me. Got taken for breakfast at the beach, then lunch in Perth, so it's safe to say I'm feeling fat. Went for a run at night though, all the way to Aberdour and back. I've never run that route before, so it was a pretty satisfying feeling at the end.

92/365

Day 92
Such a relaxing day today, I decided because it was the first day of my holidays I'd just completely take it off. No work, no stress, just chilling. Run in the morning, town to check out a flat and get some lunch, then back to my flat for some packing for heading home tomorrow. Then the sun came out, and I headed down to the beach for a picture taking session. It was so quiet, so calm, and I'm so excited for the rest of the week

91/365

Day 91
A full day design project today, with people from all the years at Scott's. The project was to design a women's community center for the Democratic Republic of Congo, and was run by the RGU based charity group Tessaract, under the name "Build Our Nation". Link to the blog about it here: http://buildournation.tumblr.com/ We updated it throughout the day. In the end, our design got picked as one of the top three in the school, so we get to develop it further and maybe, just maybe get to take it to a workshop in Milan in a few months! Unbelievable! We also did all these frankly hilarious live skype link ups with schools in Milan, Barcelona and Reus.
The picture is of my group for the day, after Ahn was super super keen for a group photograph. Well, we were the dream team!

And then Dave, Kieran, Gavin, Kjersti and I went to Littlejohn's for dinner, cause it's now actually THE HOLIDAYS. Yas.

90/365

Day 90
I made the best model of my university career today. Even though it's just a development model for my new design, I was sick and tired of making shoddy models, and thought, y'know what, I have enough time to put some effort into this one. Every single little thing was measured exactly, and I used a set square for all of my angles for a change. And I made it fit the site contours too!

Can you tell I'm slightly proud of it, due to the fact I keep going on and on and on...
Oh, and I went on another run tonight too, along the beach at sunset. It rained all day, but then when we got out of 57'10 the sun showed up, so I left uni earlyish and took advantage.

89/365

Day 89
I was on my way to Kjersti's for our first hot chocolate session in a fair while, when I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and realised what an utter stereotypical student I have become. Trackies, plimsoles, baggy top, and a bottle of wine. To be fair, the wine wasn't mine, I was re-uniting it was Kieran after Saturday night, but still. Ah well, I'm happy. Got a decent review for my philosophy journal, I swear the meeting with Neil ended with the words "Good grade, good grade". Smashing.

88/365

You've caught me in the middle of a massive health kick, today I ran home from uni. Yes, ran. That's nearly 5 whole miles, the furthest I've ever ran! Fair to say I had completely forgotten about the fact I had two hours of badminton training this evening. I could have probably been forgiven for skiving off, but no, it was the last one so I made the effort and trudged all the way to RGU:Sport and got a couple of decent games in. I reckon I won't be able to move tomorrow.

87/365

Day 87
Today I finally finally finally finished my design philosophy journal! Notes on 6 lectures, 5 books and 4 films all written up in the finest handwriting (ha). And I'm a whole day early with it, this is good! I knew second semester would be better, haha

86/365

Day 86
These are the heels that have basically broken me. I could hardly even move today, as I said before. I have calves of steel now though, no pain no gain! That said, I did still manage to drag my sorry self out for a brilliant run after dinner, another 7k for the tally! I'm definitely keen for sport at the moment.
